What the first
week looks like.

Day one - import

We bring your projects, clients, and rates across from whatever you're using now. You review, we fix what came through oddly.

Day two - one project, properly

Pick a live project and set it up the way you actually work. Save it as a template while you're there.

Day three - invite the team

Twenty-minute walkthrough, recorded so anyone who missed it can catch up. Most people need no more training than that.

End of week one - invite a client

Start with a friendly one. Once the first client stops emailing for status, the rest is easy to justify internally.

Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Nothing charges automatically and the workspace goes read-only rather than deleting itself if you don't continue.
Can you import from our current tool?
Asana, Monday, Trello, Notion, Harvest and plain CSV are all supported directly. For anything else, send us an export and onboarding will map it by hand - it's included, not a paid service.
How long does setup actually take?
An afternoon for a small team, about a week for a studio of thirty if you want templates built properly. The import itself usually runs in under an hour.
Will my clients need accounts?
No. They get a link, it opens their portal, and that's the entire experience. You can add a password or SSO requirement if a client's security team asks.
