Do I pay for client seats?
No, and we don't intend to change that. Clients are the people you most want inside the tool, so charging per client would work against the entire point of it. Invite as many as you like on any plan, including the trial.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The workspace goes read-only rather than being deleted. Everything stays exactly where it is for ninety days, so you can pick a plan later without redoing the import. We don't take a card to start the trial, so nothing charges automatically.
Can I change plans or seats mid-cycle?
Yes, at any time and from the billing page. Adding seats is prorated to the day; removing them credits your next invoice. No calls with anyone required in either direction.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
The prices above are the annual rate. Monthly billing is the same plan at +20%, in case you'd rather stay flexible while you decide.
Can we get an invoice and pay by transfer?
On Studio and Enterprise, yes - bank transfer, purchase orders, and net-30 terms are all fine. Solo is card only, which keeps the price where it is.
What if we outgrow it?
Then you export everything - projects, files, time entries, invoices - as structured data through the API or a one-click archive. Your data is not the thing we're holding hostage.
